If you're experienced in exterior maintenance, skilled in leadership, and ready to excel, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. Plus, you'll have the freedom to utilize your own truck, with comprehensive training provided.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As the Lead Contractor at VIP Maintenance, you'll have the authority to oversee your crew and projects, ensuring exceptional results in exterior maintenance services. Your days will be filled with hands-on work, leadership duties, and the satisfaction of delivering top-tier service to our clients.

Primary Duties:

Manage and supervise exterior maintenance projects, including roof treatments, gutter maintenance, power washing, window washing, etc.
Inspire and guide your team to ensure efficient project completion and superior workmanship.
Utilize your expertise to tackle any challenges encountered during projects.
Collaborate with clients to fulfill their needs and surpass their expectations.
Utilize the company CRM to update job details, communicate with clients, and process invoices efficiently.
Uphold high standards of safety and professionalism on job sites.
